| 21 | Bugaboo Giraffe High Chair | The product is the Bugaboo Giraffe High Chair. The product is a lightweight adjustable high chair for babies, toddlers and children. The chair is designed to be compatible with an infant accessory set that attaches to the seat, consisting of an infant seat insert and harness. | We would like to provide you with an important safety update on the Bugaboo Giraffe high chair. We have identified that when an infant is seated in the baby set on the high chair, the legs of the chair can detach from the frame if the screws connecting the legs are not properly tightened by the consumer during assembly. This detachment can occur due to the opposing forces created when an infant’s thighs press upward against the seat while their feet push downward on the footrest. This presents a falling hazard. Safety is paramount to ensure the well-being of our customers and their children. In order to decrease the potential for incorrect installation of the screws, we have developed a Repair Kit. This Repair Kit includes a new Allen key, revised screws and a manual. The replacement can be carried out safely by the consumer. We have created a self-service portal on our website, where consumers can immediately order a free Repair Kit (expected delivery within 1 to 2 weeks). Consumers who have already purchased the Bugaboo Giraffe high chair will be able to validate the serial number and receive the required Repair Kit (new Allen key, revised screws and manual). We recommend consumers replace the current screws by the revised screws of the Repair Kit using the new Allen key and by following the manual. Even if you believe your current screws are installed correctly, we would recommend that you follow this procedure. |

The Santa Cruz Affected Heckler 9 ebikes come with an interchangeable 720W lithium- ion battery that sits inside a black case under the frame. The recall only affects the batteries of Heckler 9 ebikes if (a) the bicycles were manufactured before February 2023 and (b) they contain certain lithium-ion batteries. The recall only involves the Heckler 9’s battery, and only some batteries are affected. “SANTA CRUZ” is printed on the sides of the downtube of the bicycle frame, “Heckler” is printed on the top tube of the frame and on the inside of the left chainstay. If affected, register to receive a replacement battery when one becomes available. If your battery is not affected you may resume the use of your ebike. Please dispose of affected batteries in accordance with local requirements. Do not put them in household waste. *Remember to remove the downtube cover before disposing of your battery as you will need the cover when you receive your replacement battery . 3. Additionally, IKEA encourages customers to spread the word about this recall, especially if they know that the recalled product was offered, lent or sold to someone else.
